Staff Intake September 2017

Having enjoyed a busy summer of recruitment, Niche IFA are delighted to welcome a further five members of staff, including four new paraplanners and one new marketing assistant.

All five have become important players in the team already and seem to be settling in extremely well. Compliance director Tom Roberts says, “The new guys have started off brilliantly and fit into a team getting busier and busier by the day.”

Introducing our latest arrivals

Rhys Hicks: Joining the team as a marketing assistant, Rhys brings with him a degree in Journalism from Cardiff University and a passion for writing and developing other creative content. In addition to his role with Niche IFA, he also is part of the marketing team of our sister company, Niche Pens.

Monika Mal: The first of four new paraplanners to join the office is Monika Mal, sister of current paraplanner Diemante Hyde. Monika has started life at Niche on a part-time basis as she works towards completing her BTEC in Health and Social Care in college.

Kwesi Asamoah-Mensah: Kwesi graduated from Exeter University with an honours degree in Economics. Kwesi displays a maturity and level of knowledge that has set him in good stead in his first few months in the office. He hopes to go on and develop his career further at Niche.

Edward Peach: Another recent graduate, Edward Peach has also joined after graduating with first class honours in Business & Management Studies.

Edward, like his peers, has settled in to life at Waterside Court well, admitting, “I was both excited and nervous to take my first full-time job at Niche. Given the potential for growth in the company, and the office’s atmosphere, it was an opportunity I grabbed with both hands.”

Bradley Chedzey: Bradley is another youthful addition to the paraplanning department here at Niche. He can boast of an HND in Accounting from the University of South Wales, and brings with him a range of talents and abilities.

Indeed, director Ray Adams takes pride in recruiting from all different backgrounds and always aims to provide a service capable of engaging with the widest spectrum of clients possible. We’re sure our latest arrivals will fit in seamlessly with that ethos.
