Excellent news graced the office this week for our University of South Wales graduates. Robyn Aubrey and Diemante Hyde have both now achieved the results that they worked hard for in their BSc (Hons) Financial Planning, Investment and Risk degrees.
First to join the Niche office in summer 2016, Robyn was required to gain relevant industry experience for her degree, where she chose Niche as her ideal place to work. She secured a part-time role whilst finishing her degree after showing eagerness and work ethic throughout her work placement. She has now achieved a First-Class honours degree and will be receiving an award for ‘Top Student’.
Following lots of hard work over the past three years, Robyn’s commitment to her degree has paid off. She chose Niche as her work placement alongside university and believes that it was the best decision that she ever made. Now she will continue to develop her skills and knowledge, with her plans to become a financial adviser in the near future.
Diemante joined Niche in January 2017, again as part of gaining relevant industry experience for her degree. Following completing her three month placement, Diemante continued to work with us part-time as she finished her degree. She has now achieved an upper second class degree classification, with which she is delighted.
Diemante has juggled work, family and university studies over the past three years but with sheer determination and the encouragement that she has received from Niche, her colleagues, lecturers, family and friends, she has powered through and it has all paid off. Now, Diemante will continue her role with us at Niche IFA in a job that she is passionate about.
Our Next Generation Training Scheme allows students to gain valuable industry experience whilst studying. If you are interested in finding out more about this, please do get in touch.
