Having completed 3,349 kilometres (2081 miles) over the 23 days of Tour de France, Geraint Thomas has brought home the famous yellow jersey to Wales!
The Welshman from Cardiff, who completed his first Tour de France in 2007, began his cycling journey in 1995 with the city’s own Maindy Flyers. It wasn’t long before his coaches identified the potential in him to go further.
Leading up to his success in this year’s Tour de France, Geraint Thomas has gone from strength to strength with the support of family, friends and fellow cyclists.
