Adam joined the Niche team in late 2017, working part time while playing professional rugby for the Dragons. Having spent over 10 years in the sport, Adam was forced to retire from the game in 2018 due to injury, having played for teams including the Exeter Chiefs and Bristol.
Adam spent much of his spare time through his career preparing for life after sport, undertaking his financial exams and working hard to earn the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Good financial planning helped Adam cope with the setbacks and ultimately, his retirement. It was his experience that inspired him to follow this career path, so he could pass on his wisdom to other sports professionals. He went on to help set up Niche Sports – a specialised Independent Financial Advice service for sports professionals.
Outside of Niche, Adam has a keen interest in all sports including golf, football and cricket. On top of this Adam earned his Private Pilot’s Licence back in 2010 and continues to fly from Cardiff Airport.
